Base prices per day

 

The prices quoted are daily rental prices for the entire house, regardless of the number of people, plus additional costs. We rent our house for a stay of 5 nights or more, please request your individual offer using our contact form.

 

Pets are very welcome, we are happy to provide dog beds and food bowls.

The linen package consists of:

  •   1 sheet
  •   1 duvet cover
  •   1 pillow cover
  •   1 large towel
  •   1 small towel

    In addition, per stay:

  •  3 dish towels
  •  1 sponge
  •  1 sponge cloth
  •  1 kitchen towel roll
  •  2 toilet paper rolls/per bathroom
  •  1 Gojer-bag (residual waste)
  •  1 yellow bag (plastic/metal)

* In accordance with a decision by the Carinthian provincial government, from 1 November 2026, a tourist tax of €4.50 per person (from the year in which the person turns 17) per day/night will be levied in place of the local and overnight stay tax.

The deposit will be paid back immediately after the handover and inspection.
